Zoom Aerobics Classes for All Levels and Sizes on Saturdays at 11AM!

Hey everybody! Remember when we could have group exercise classes in person? Haha! Life in a pandemic has been full of curve balls, and we’re all doing the best we can!

I have started teaching live classes on Zoom at 11AM on Saturdays! Saturday mornings here on the West Coast in the forest of Washington seem to be a good way to connect with my UK and European babes!
