I’ve been teaching my Fat Kid Dance Party LIVE! online classes for nearly two years and I know it requires a great deal of self leadership to choose your own time to turn on a video and work out. It’s very different than having a set class time to attend.
In my life I’ve had tremendous success leading myself via consistency. I picked up a practice of habit stacking a little over a year ago and have added a bunch of daily, weekly and monthly habits that have transformed my experience of life. I want to incentivize you to make FKDP a consistent part of your weekly habits because I think it will make you feel awesome and braver!
I find measuring life in seasons is easy and fun and really lands a habit. 12 weeks is a season!
So for the next six months, once you complete 12 weeks of consistent attendance at FKDP I’ll send you a tee shirt!
You can either attend the weekly zoom class at 11AM Saturdays , use the weekly online classes through the Patreon membership (which includes free access to the zoom classes), or a mix of both!
If you choose the weekly zoom classes it’s easy for me to see when you hit your 12 week streak on my scheduling software. But if you’re doing the on demand or mix route, you’ll need to track it yourself in your calendar! My mentor always tells me “show me your calendar” and that’s how you can determine the results of self leadership.
Track the classes you attend and when you hit your 12 week streak, send me screen shots of your calendar to fatkiddanceparty at gmail, your shirt size and shipping address!

P.S. To be transparent about tee shirts and turn around time—I have a bunch in stock in 3X-6X! I rely on a print on demand shop for sizes 2X and under (including kids) but they’re down from Covid shut downs and haven’t started back up yet. I’m thinking in 12 weeks it’ll be back up and running or I will have found a replacement.
