Upcoming Classes in NYC, Berkshires and SoCal

I am going to the Berkshires in Massachusetts to facilitate Fat Kid Dance Party at a Glowing Goddess Getaway. Because my flight ended up being through New York City I decided to tack on a class in Midtown Manhattan.

If you are in strong eating disorder recovery or looking for body acceptance and self care, I will be teaching aerobics at Camp HEAL September 27-29 in Southern California! Camp HEAL is an enrichment camp that celebrates the journey of those who are in strong recovery from eating disorders and those who need support around body acceptance and self-care. Because I have such limited time to work on Fat Kid Dance Party, I have been focused on my weekly online classes instead of a weekly in person class. I figured it was the best way to reach the most people out there who need this unique movement class to be part of their self care. And there’s never a scheduling conflict or traffic to sit in!
