April Zoom Aerobics Dates (and upcoming ART CLASSES)

We have a couple of special art class collaborations in April and May and I wanted to get those on your calendar as well as the class dates! Patreon membership includes ALL of these classes at all tiers of support. The On Demand tier membership includes the recording of the two art classes in addition to a menu of on demand aerobics classes I film in the woods! I do not record the Zoom aerobics classes.

Monday April 4th 5PM Pacific Cannacize Class! (I will probably add a bonus weeknight Cannacize class later this month if I have capacity!)

Saturdays at 11AM Pacific 55 min Classes ASL interpreted!

Wednesday May 25, 4PM Pacific (2.5 hour class) Puff N Paint with Cannacize break with Mindie aka Aries Art NW
The art/paint classes are for Patreon supporters only and the zoom info will be posted on the Patreon feed for those! Sign up for the On Demand tier to watch the art classes on your own time!
